The DA-BAFS Assessment Team conducted an audit of a core PGS group in the Municipality of Atok, Province of Benguet from January 16th to 18th, 2024. The objective of the audit was to check whether the core PGS group was following the relevant accreditation guidelines. This audit is a crucial step in the accreditation process, ensuring that the organic certification granted by the PGS group aligns with the established standards.
Representatives from the DA-Regional Field Office and Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center of Cordillera Administrative Region joined and assisted in this activity. A representative from the Municipal Agriculture Office of Atok was also present during the audit. ###
