The DA-BAFS commenced 2024 with the 18th Management Review (MR) on January 9-10, 2024, at the BAFS Conference Room. The MR aimed to comprehensively review and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the BAFS Quality Management System (QMS).
Dir. Karen Kristine A. Roscom led the MR together with the process owners, the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) team, and the QMS Core team. The active participation underscored the organization's commitment in upholding quality and continuously enhancing relevant products and services for the agricultural and fisheries sector.
As a result of the 18th MR, the insights gained will contribute to the organization's efforts to continually improve its processes towards the achievement of safe and market-competitive Philippines’ agriculture and fishery products.
