Ms. Lizardo’s innovative approach led to the development of an online recruitment tool, effectively transforming the way the organization attracts and hires applicants. The system simplifies and accelerates the recruitment process while minimizing human intervention. By implementing this tool, she has enhanced the integrity of the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates are evaluated fairly and efficiently. Ms. Lizardo’s contributions have significantly elevated the quality of the organization’s personnel selection, reflecting her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Through her exemplary mentoring and coaching, she has inspired her colleagues and positively influenced the organizational culture at DA-BAFS. Her innovative spirit and services exemplify the values celebrated by the award.
Meanwhile, Mr. Reydado’s impressive knowledge and skill set have greatly enhanced the operations within the OAD-Registration Section. As a key player in the registration process for Organic Soil Amendments (OSA), he consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in completing assigned tasks. His punctuality in meeting deadlines has directly contributed to the office’s Major Final Outputs (MFO) including the issuance of Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), import clearances and permits, and the effective monitoring of agricultural organic inputs and products. In addition to his core responsibilities, Mr. Reydado took the initiative to develop the “Organic Agriculture Application Tracking System” coined as OCATS for the OAD-RS, after a request from former DA BAFS Director Karen Kristine A. Roscom. His proactive approach led to the creation of a simple yet highly effective system that streamlines registration-related processes. This invaluable tool has been seamlessly integrated into the regular operations of the OAD-RS, showcasing Mr. Reydado’s commitment to improving efficiency and service quality.
