Majayjay, Laguna – The Compliance Assistance Team of the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (DA-BAFS) conducted the pre-inspection of PGS Core farmer-members based in Majayjay, Laguna on August 5 to 8, 2025.
The activity is conducted to verify the readiness of the PGS Group’s core farmer-members for their application for organic certification with the Philippine National Standard relevant to organic agriculture. The activity was supported by technical personnel from the DA Regional Field Office IV-CALABARZON, along with representatives from the Local Government Units of Majayjay.
