Ready for the Future! DA-BAFS adapts to a rapidly changing agricultural environment.

The DA-BAFS Technical Services Division led the “Capacity Building on Field Data Collection and the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in Agricultural Standards and Policy” with the representatives from the BAFS Standards Research Division (SRD), Standards Development Division (SDD), and Administrative and Finance Service (AFS). The workshop was held on November 11-14, 2025 at Subic, Zambales. The primary objective of this activity is to strengthen the capabilities of DA-BAFS personnel in two critical areas: systematic and reliable field data collection for standards-related activities; and the responsible use of AI tools in agricultural standards and policy development.
