Tublay, Benguet – The Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (DA-BAFS) Compliance Assistance Team provides technical assistance to Tublay Organic Farming Practitioners Agriculture Cooperative (TOFPA-COOP) on September 16-19, 2025. This assistance is intended to strengthen their understanding and implementation of prescribed requirements and procedures in their Manual of Operations (MO).
