Administrative Support Services
Responsible for executing a wide-range of administrative services which support office operations. These services includes the areas of human resource management, planning and budget, procurement, information management and general services which are critical to the effective and efficient operation of the Bureau.
Human Resource and Personnel
Facilitates the Bureau's human resources needs which includes recruitment, selection and placement of
technically competent workforce that reflects the core values of the Bureau. Administers and implements fair and effective policies
in personnel management programs such as career and employment development, capacity building programs, appointments, promotions,
transfers and performance rating. It also handles the safekeeping of personnel records such as 201 files, attendance and employee’s
leave management, and other personnel matters.
Processing of procurement requests of the Bureau.
Preparation of the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP).
Facilitate the requests of each division in accordance to Bureau’s needs to implement its programs and mandates.
Ensure that the Bureau has adequate supplies by facilitating the timely preparation of relevant documents and processing of payment.
Conduct of periodic inventories of supplies and equipment, custodial work
Provide general utilities and services
Maintain the safety of office structure
Keep track and update the records and disposal system; ensure the availability and management of transport vehicles, installation and improvement of internal control system and procedure of the Bureau in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Provide liaising services for the Bureau and Ensure timely registration of vehicles, and renewal of building and vehicle insurance.
